STD12N50M2 Description
STD12N50M2 is a 500V N-channel Power MOSFET. The STD12N50M2 is an N-channel Power MOSFET developed using MDmesh? M2 technology. Thanks to its strip layout and an improved vertical structure, the STD12N50M2 exhibits low on-resistance and optimized switching characteristics, rendering it suitable for the most demanding high-efficiency converters. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Transistor STD12N50M2 is in the TO-252-3 package with 85W power dissipation.
