STD110N8F6 Description
The STD110N8F6 is an N-channel Power MOSFET with a revolutionary trench gate structure designed utilizing the STripFETTM F6 technology. In all packages, the resultant Power MOSFET has an extremely low RDS(on).
STD110N8F6 Features
? Increase the output voltage of the regulator to 5.0 V.
? Six linear regulators for general use
? Output voltage, sequence, and timing are all programmable.
? For device configuration, OTP (one-time programmable) memory is used.
? RTC supply and coin cell charging
