1.8V Clock Generators 64 Terminals Tray
SI5345D-B04170-GM Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 64 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
