The 85-VFLGA Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. The RF transceiver's mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray is used.There are 85 pins on this transceiver RF circuit board.This system operates at 240MHz~960MHz frequency.
