There is also a 85-VFLGA Exposed Pad package that RF transceiver IC is used to save space on the board. As far as RF transceiver's mounting is concerned, Surface Mount is adopted.TxRx + MCU emerges with transceiver RF's high efficiency and reliability.High reliability is achieved using advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).A voltage doesn't fall below 1.8V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this RF transceiver.RF transceiver operates on the basis of the frequency of 240MHz~960MHz.
