PTFT0603L0030JW Overview


A 0603 (1608 Metric) package is used to protect PTC thermistors. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should be set for the PTC thermistors. It is important that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 125°C. There should be no overheating when the thermistor's maximum capacity is 75mW.
