PRF18BG471QB1RB Overview
It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. In order to protect themselves from damage, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). 2 is the termination of the PTC thermistor. These thermistors have 2 pins. PTC thermistors could operate at 32V voltages. Typically, this thermistor can deliver 32V voltage. The PTC thermistors are designed for a 100μA current. If the DC circuit uses this thermistor, its voltage should not exceed 32V. These thermistors have been rated with a voltage of 32V in the DC circuit.
