PRF18BF471QB5RB Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The PTC thermistor has 2 terminations. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 32V voltage when it works. The current for which the PTC thermistors have been designed is 100μA. The voltage supplied by this thermistor should not be higher than 32V in the DC circuit. In the DC circuit, the maximum voltage for these thermistors has been rated 32V.
