PRF18BE471QB5RB Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. In this thermistor, there are 2 pins. During normal operation, this thermistor supplies 32V voltage. For PTC thermistors, 100μA is the current. During DC operation, this thermistor should not supply more voltage than 32V. DC circuits have thermistors rated at 32V maximum voltage.
