The PTC thermistors are put into 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The PTC thermistor has 2 terminations. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. The PTC thermistors could supply 32V voltage when it operates. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 32V voltage when it works. The current for which the PTC thermistors have been designed is 100μA.
