PRF18AS471QB5RB Overview
Into 0603 (1608 Metric) packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistor terminations are 2. It has 2 pins. This thermistor can supply 32V nominally when in operation. The PTC thermistors are designed for 100μA current. This thermistor should not provide voltages higher than 32V in a DC circuit.
