In order to prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, these devices are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. A safety protective package is included with these PTC thermistors. The terminations of the PTC thermistor are 2. The thermistor consists of 2 pins. When it is working, this thermistor can provide 32V voltage nominally. These PTC thermistors are designed to operate at 100μA current.
