PQ05RD08 Overview


The package is delivered in a Tube case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-220-4 case is used. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Through Hole can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -20°C~80°C degrees for it to function. As you can see, this regulator's output function is configured to be Positive. At present, it can produce an output of up to 800mA. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 80°C degrees Celsius. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is -20°C.
