The BGA package reduces the amount of space on a board.To pack telecommunications equipment, the way of Tray is used.As part of its configuration, it includes 324 terminations.A number of similar functions of the telecommunication product can be provided by it as with those of electronic parts under the * series.If you want to keep the supply current at 500mA, you should do so.Telecommunication tools consists of 32-transceivers.This telecommunication product supports a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.-40°C is the minimum temperature at which telecommunications equipment can operate.
