As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Side View packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 32V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 150mW heat. A reverse anode voltage of 32V should be applied to the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 1nA even without light input.
