PD481PI Overview
Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tube. Photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 32V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 32V. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. The photodiode will operate at 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
