OMAP3525DCBC Overview
The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in 515-VFBGA, FCBGA. The packaging method Tray provides high reliability. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores per bus width on the CPU. The operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ should be understood. This is part of the OMAP-35xx series. The CPU is powered by a ARM® Cortex®-A8 core. There are LPDDR RAM controllers on this CPU. This microprocessor features HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to better serve its users. The CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.0V. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Using OMAP3525 will help you find variants of the cpu microprocessor. To date, there have been 515 terminations. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1.8V. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. 600MHz is the CPU's frequency.
