Packed in 423-LFBGA, FCBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. It comes from the OMAP-35xx series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. This CPU uses LPDDR RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.0V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSOR, OTHER. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with OMAP3503.
