NTHL110N65S3F Description
SUPERFET III MOSFET NTHL110N65S3F is a new type of high-voltage super-junction (SJ) MOSFET manufactured by ON Semiconductor based on the charge balance technology to achieve excellent lower on-resistance and lower gate charge performance. NTHL110N65S3F is able to provide lower conduction loss, superior switching performance, and higher dv/dt capability, making it well suited for various power systems for miniaturization and higher efficiency.
