NTHL040N65S3HF MOSFET Description
The NTHL040N65S3HF power MOSFET is an N-Channel transistor rated 650 V, 65 A for general-purpose switching applications. Enclosed in a compact TO-247 package, NTHL040N65S3HF MOSFET conducts less loss in switching and has a lower peak Vds as well as a lower Vgs oscillation. By far, it is widely adopted in end products such as telecom power for its high system reliability.
