Description


The NTHL082N65S3F is a Power N-Channel SUPERFET III FRFET MOSFET. The SUPERFET III MOSFET is a brand new high voltage super junction (SJ) MOSFET family from ON Semiconductor that uses charge balance technology to achieve remarkable low on-resistance and lower gate charge performance. This cutting-edge technology is engineered to reduce conduction loss, improve switching performance, and tolerate high dv/dt rates.

As a result, the SUPERFET III MOSFET is ideal for miniaturization and efficiency in a variety of power systems. The optimized reverse recovery performance of the SUPERFET III FRFET MOSFET's body diode can eliminate an additional component and improve system reliability.
