NOII5SC1300A-QDC Overview


Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 84-LCC packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 3V~4.5V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray so they don't get damaged. A 2/3 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. In the image sensor, there are 84 pins. In order for image sensors to operate properly, they should be powered by 3.3V voltage. There is one pin on each of these electronic components.
