NOII5SM1300A-QDC Overview


Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 84-LCC packages. 3V~4.5V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Tray. A 2/3 inch format image sensor is specified. Pins 84 are connected to the image sensor. During operation, images sensors should supply a voltage of 3.3V. 84 pins are present on these electronic components.
