NCV6334BMTAATBG Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 3MHz. Regulator 2.3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.3V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 5V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 8 pins are required. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 600mV. For switching regulator maximum operation, dc to dc voltage regulator delivers 2A A. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 5.5V. With a supply voltage of 5.5V, this harley voltage regulator works.
