NCP15XH103F03RC Overview
The package for NTC thermistors is a Tape & Reel (TR). As a convenience, it is included in the package 0402 (1005 Metric). Typical resistance tolerances for NTC thermistors are ±1%. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C for reliable performance. A total of 2 terminations are present on these NTC thermistors. To make NTC thermistors work, the 2 pins must be connected. Power dissipation of 0.1W can be absorbed by the electronic component. The maximum power dissipation of NTC thermistors is 100mW. It is possible to use NTC thermistors with a maximum current of 310μA without deteriorating the fuse element too much.
