NB20J00472JBA Overview
It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make it more convenient, it has been included in the package 1206 (3216 Metric). NTC thermistors require a resistance tolerance of ±5% for them to function. Ensure that the temperature of NTC thermistors is set to -55°C~150°C in order to ensure reliable performance. Having a total of 2 terminations, these NTC thermistors are comprised of a single NTC. The NTC thermistors must have the 2 pins connected for them to work properly. Thermistors with NTC technology have a maximum power dissipation rate of 240mW.
