MT9V136C12STC-DR Overview


Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in CLCC packages. It is recommended that the image sensor's dynamic range is 74.6 dB. A 1/4 inch format image sensor is specified. Pins 48 are connected to the image sensor. During operation, images sensors should supply a voltage of 2.94V. Image sensors are capable of supplying only 1.9V voltage. Image sensors should be operated at 70°C temperatures. The temperature of the image sensor should, however, not be lower than -30°C.
