MT9V023IA7XTC-DP Overview


It is recommended that the image sensor has a dynamic range of 110 dB. A 1/3 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. Image sensors can supply a maximum voltage of 3.6V. However, image sensors should supply a voltage of 3V at minimum. If image sensors are to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 105°C. The temperature of these electronic parts should be higher than -40°C. When used, image sensors can carry up to 60mA of current.
