MT9V115D00STCK22EC1-200 Overview
25-WFBGA, CSPBGA packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 64 dB. Image sensors have 1/13 inch optical formats, as specified. There is a maximum voltage that can be supplied by image sensors of 1.95V. A camera's minimum voltage should be 1.7V, but it should not be less than that. In order for image sensors to function properly, the temperature must not exceed 70°C. There is a maximum current of 9.5mA that image sensors can carry when operating.
