To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in CLCC packages. Those image sensors will be protected in the Tape & Reel (TR). This image sensor has 48 pins. During operation, image sensors should have a voltage of 3.3V. The image sensors should be set to 70°C at their maximum operating temperature. Image sensors must not be operated at a temperature below -30°C.
