The reverse leakage current needed to power this electric device is 15μA @ 1V.Zener single diode is a maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied at 5%.As part of the operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 3.6V.Setting the working test voltage to 20mA will allow this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches diodes peak, diode reaches 2.34mV/°C.For its operation, the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) 900mV @ 10mA is supplied.Ideally, this device should operate at a reverse test voltage of 1V.
