MCHC908QY2CDWE Description
The 8-bit M68HC08 Family of low-cost, high-performance microcontrollers includes the MC68HC908QY4 (MCUs). A Complex Instruction Set Computer (CISC) with a Von Neumann architecture is the M68HC08 Family. The upgraded M68HC08 central processing unit (CPU08) is used by all MCUs in the family, and a range of modules, memory sizes and kinds, and package options are available.
