The MC68HC11F1 High performance Microcontroller Unit (MCU) is an enhanced derivative of the M68HC11 family of microcontrollers, including many advanced features. The MCU adopts non-multiplex extended bus and has the characteristics of high speed and low power consumption. The fully static design allows you to run at frequencies from 4 MHz to DC.
