MC74LCX244ADTR2G Overview
Using a neat 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, it works well. There is an external packaging option available for this voltage buffer. The bus transceiver is available in a Surface Mount mount design. Typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic circuits see a broad range of applications. Network transceivers such as this are fed with a supply voltage of 1.65V ~ 3.6V when they are powered on. A logical driver like this is qualified to operate in a temperature range of -40°C ~ 125°C (TA). Its output current is 24mA, 24mA in the high and low logic states. Currently, bus transceiver supports 3-State outputs. A total of 2 elements are used. MC74LCX244A series network transceivers belong to this group. Each element in the network transceiver contains 4 bits. Basically, this logical driver would be supplied in the form of the 20-TSSOP device package from the supplier. Due to its - input technology, this electronic part allows for more versatile application options.
