ISL9V5036S3 Description
ISL9V5036S3, belonging to the next generation IGBTs, is a type of EcoSPARK N-Channel ignition IGBT provided by ON Semiconductor for use in automotive ignition circuits, specifically as coil drivers. It is capable of delivering outstanding SCIS capability in the D2-Pak (TO-263) and TO-220 plastic packages. Its internal diodes are able to provide voltage clamping requiring no external components.
