The ISL9V5036P3 is a next-generation IGBT in the D2- Pak (TO-263) and TO-220 plastic packages that offers superior SCIS capability. This gadget is designed to be used as a coil driver in automotive ignition circuits. Without the need of external components, internal diodes provide voltage clamping.
The clamp voltages of EcoSPARK? devices can be customized.
