ISL9V2540S3ST Description
The ISL9V2540S3ST is a next-generation ignition IGBT that has exceptional SCIS capability in the plastic D2-Pak (TO-263) container that is widely used in the industry. This gadget is designed to be used as a coil driver in vehicle ignition circuits. Voltage clamping is provided internally using diodes, eliminating the requirement for external parts.
