ICE5BR3995BZXKLA1 Overview
With its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), 7 Leads package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For outputs of 1 Output, this dc motor controller is suitable. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. This dc control operates at 10V ~ 27V and has a 10V ~ 27V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C ~ 150°C (TJ) dc switcher before. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 65kHz. The Through Hole allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Soft Start. Based on the test statistics, DC regulator outputs voltage 15 V. If you are starting a new project, you should note the dc dc regulator's typical output current is 550 mA. ICE5BR3995 series dc to dc voltage regulator belong to this series. There is PG-DIP-7 dc dc controller package associated with this part. At 65 kHz, this controller performs best.
