ICE5AR2280CZXKLA1 Overview
The switching controller fits in the PG-DIP-7 package and is ideal for most applications. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. A 10V ~ 27V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C ~ 150°C (TJ) dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz. The Through Hole makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series CoolSET™. Its supplier dc dc controller package is PG-DIP-7. When this switching controller is running at frequency 100 kHz, it can perform well in most cases.
