ICE5BR2280BZXKLA1 Overview
It comes in a PG-DIP-7 package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 Output numbers. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. dc controls with 10V ~ 27V voltage are supplied and operated. A -40°C ~ 150°C (TJ) dc switcher is not a problem. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 65kHz . It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Through Hole. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Soft Start. As determined by the test statistics, the output voltage of DC regulator is 15 V. CoolSET™ is a series of dc to dc voltage regulator. Its supplier dc dc controller package would be PG-DIP-7. 65 kHz is the frequency at which this controller performs well most of the time.
