HMC434ETR Overview
A frequency of 0Hz~8GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.This RF IC features an enhanced SOT-23-6 package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Digi-Reel® package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.6 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 62mA in order to deliver its performance.
