HMC401QS16GE Overview
A frequency of 13.2GHz~13.5GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 16 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.16-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
