Based on the frequency of 5GHz~5.5GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.A 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.
