GVD30603-001 Overview
Varactor is not recommended to use a breakdown voltage below 20V for analog input domain voltages.By using it, you can deliver a diode capacitance of 100pF.During operation, the temperature should not deviate from -55°C~125°C TJ.In addition, the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package can be used to reduce the amount of space needed.The peak reverse voltage must remain within 20V for accurate conversion.
