GVD30601-001 Overview
Analog input domain voltages should not have a minimum breakdown voltage of 20V.Through it, a diode with a capacitance of 18pF can be delivered.A temperature range of -55°C~125°C TJ should be maintained during operation.Additionally, the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package can be used to save space.For accurate conversion results, the peak reverse voltage must be within 20V.
