FDMC007N08LCDC Description


FDMC007N08LCDC is an N-channel shielded gate power trench manufactured by onsemi. The N-Channel MV MOSFET FDMC007N08LCDC is produced using an advanced PowerTrench? process that incorporates Shielded Gate technology. This process has been optimized to minimize on-state resistance and yet maintain an in-class soft body diode.

The FDMC007N08LCDC is offered in the PQFN-8 package. It is specified for operation from –55°C to +150°C.
