The 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. The RF transceiver's mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Cut Tape (CT) is used.This system operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
