48-VFQFN Exposed Pad saves RF transceiver IC's board space. In order to mount the RF transceiver's mounting, Surface Mount is used.When transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx + MCU, it shows high-performance and reliability.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray.The system operates on the basis of the frequency 2.4GHz.
