The board's 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package saves space. RF transceiver's mounting is done by using Surface Mount.It is highly reliable and high-performing when it emerges as a TxRx + MCU.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used.RF transceiver operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
