BD9532EKN-E2 Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad in order to facilitate transportation. Currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages for shipping. There is a general voltage output of 0.7V~2.5Von this voltage controller. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, DDR SDRAM and other applications. A temperature setting of -10°C~100°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions. This variable voltage regulator is designed to have a voltage input of 4.5V~25V. Electronic components have 20 terminals. As a SWITCHING REGULATOR regulator, the electronic part has received high ratings. This alternator regulator has a pinout starting from 20 pins. Find more pin-to-pin solutions for your specific requirements by searching BD9532. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting it on PCBs and other boards. The power supply regulator has a pin count of 20. The external regulator's series is indicated by H³Reg™. Supply voltages below 4.5V can be provided by this regulator. In the DC voltage regulators, the maximum supply voltage is 25V. It operates over a wide frequency range 300kHz.
